loved how tender/melt in your mouth it was. it definitely is better with seasoning. i added paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt before baking the first 15 minutes. kept it in there 12 mins after the sauce cheese and pepperoni.

My family really liked this. I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley before cooking. Turned out amazing!

Made this according to the directions to see how it turns out, and I agree it was watery and a bit bland. Would like to make it again, but would definitely do what others have suggested, to season the chicken first. I think that would have made it a 4, if not 5 star meal. Its a great easy, one pan, kid-friendly dinner on any weeknight!

Turned out pretty well, I wish I had read some comments first, because the chicken needed seasoning. I think in the future we will brine and season the chicken, leave the pepperoni off and have over a bed of spaghetti.

I can’t express to u how delicious this was! It may not look like it on the photo but if I had better presentation it would look scrumptious but I couldn’t wait to taste it! I put Italian and oregano seasoning on it and it was a hit with everyone including the kids! I made spaghetti as a side dish.. of course! And had a glass of white wine 😊
Thanks!

This was absolutely amazing! It is now a regular recipe weekly! Although, when I made this the first time it was watery and bland. I assume because I used regular spaghetti sauce and the chicken just needed to be seasoned badly. So, for the sauce I mixed tomato paste (garlic, oregano added) with a little bit of pizza sauce from a jar. And for the chicken, I brushed olive oil and seasoned generously with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. This made a huge difference and came out perfect! No watery mess left from the sauce and the chicken tasted great. Toppings are endless, really! We like to add sliced bell peppers, olives, spinach, etc.

This was a winner. I beat the chicken a bit thinner as we like “thin crust”. Great idea and very easy to make. Will definitely make again.

So far so good, a little droopy but it was my first time so I conclude this as a success.

Would definitely make again! Shorten the cooking time by a couple of minutes once you put the cheese and pepperoni on!

nice and simple, it was under a half hour to cook which was very nice.
Nice to change some things up.
I however so excited to try it forgot to add the pepperoni.
