I always leave the apple cider vinegar out and put as much sauce on top as i can but i love making these.

Awesome, juicy, mini m’loafs! I used more like 2 Tbsp of ketchup in the loaf mixture per other comments. I also added some halved/oiled/salted fingerling potatoes to the pan for 20m before adding the meat. Overall this was a simple, easy, and delicious recipe.

Turned out PERFECT! One of my family’s new fav meals. Recommend to use 93% lean meat and reduce ketchup in meat mix slightly. Great gluten-free staple meal. Toddler-approved!

The flavor was great, but the meatloafs didn't stay set. Will need to use less ketchup so they don't turn out so gooey.

Tasted amazing! Will make again. Next time I will use a little less ketchup for the meat mixture for a firmer loaf.

This is great recipe for meal-prep as well as being able to have a healthy dinner. I added 1 cup of zucchinni for extra veggies and it wasn't noticeable. Super delicious, juicy and my toddler loved it. I'll be making it more often and playing with the flavors.

I added a worshire sauce and garlic powder in addition to the ingredients. Used parmasean cheese since I don’t have the one mentioned. Turned out amazing!
