Absolutely delicious!! Added to our favorites. So easy, and so tasty. I added kalamato olives as well as green olives. I added cajun seasoning to the cod, but did everything else the same. I marinated the artichokes in olive oil, lemon juice and salt, adding them to our plates at the time of serving. So yummy and healthy.

Easy recipe to use with whatever you have in the veggie drawer.

Very good recipe that can be easily adjusted to suit your taste. I didn’t have leeks and I added red peppers and baby potatoes. Also added smoked paprika, garlic powder and a Greek seasoning mix that probably had oregano, thyme, basil and marjoram. Total crowd pleaser and it was so easy.

We made this a couple nights ago. Lacked flavor in my opinion. I will make again but probably season more to our family’s palates.

This was sooo good! Amazing flavour, and so moist. My husband hates olives, and still really enjoyed the rest.

This was the easiest recipe and it turned out perfect. I doubled the recipe and had enough to prep lunches.
