    Used Italian dressing instead of eggs. Needed to bake longer for the chicken I used. Won’t go back to traditional bread crumbs; panko is it!

    turned out great! crunchy and well flavored. i sprinkled a little basil and oregano in with the bread crumbs. Definitely keep an eye on it to not overbake.
