While delicious, how does this qualify as a 'sheet pan' recipe?! You've already cooked everything on the stove, and all you're doing is warming/browning the burritos after they're assembled...

Super tasty. Was an easy supper. Added some beans and tomatoes, omitting the peppers and cilantro. A tad time consuming putting them together. Add 5 or so min to the baking time. Serve with guac, salsa, and a salad.

This recipe turned out amazing and I absolutely loved it. I would love to make it again for my family. I know my mum would like me to make it again.
