- 1 red bell pepper (— cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 zucchini (— halved lengthwise, then cut into 1/2-inch-thick half moons)
- 1 yellow squash (— halved lengthwise, then cut into 1/2-inch-thick half moons)

I saw this and wanted to print it but it would not print. The problem is on your end. I hit the print button once and it goes to a second print button that does not work. Cannot hit "ctrl p" either. Can you please look into this and correct. I would like to put this in my recipe book as it looks fabulous and very versital. Thanks

It was a very tasty meal and I would definitely make it again; however, I would set aside more time to prep the veggies and longer in the oven overall as well. It was closer to 25-30 minutes for everything to be cooked and that’s operating with a convection oven and thin sliced chicken breasts.

It was great! However, I did not see the temp it needed to be at in the recipe.

Delicious, healthy dinner. It took longer to cook than instructed. I may have cut vegetables in larger chunks than
directed. But it was well worth waiting for, and leftovers are wonderful as a cold lunch.

I LOVED this! My kids and picky eating husband not so much lol. I will definitely be making it again even if it is just for me.
