We had skinless boneless chicken thighs. I was told we need to eat like this more often. I’m sure could also use steak or shrimp! Will definitely make again!

Great! Modify it with any variation you enjoy. I didn't have ancho so added a sprinkle of chipotle. Fast, easy, whole family enjoyed.

This was fantastic!! I did add some soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce to the marinade to add another flavor level. Love sheet pan dinners, quick & easy and you can feed a small crowd easily.

Convenient, yummy. I did it once with a packet of pre-cut fajita veggies and the second time I cut my own vegetables but I think I will just buy them cut again, which makes it super easy. With the fixings it seems like a lot of effort went into this but it’s easy af.
