The chili was pretty good, light and healthy. I had to add some more spicy to my liking but overall it was simple to make.

I make this chili at least once a month, as a busy college student this makes for a great meal that will last for days!! I like to use white and gold corn for a colorful appearance and also love to pair it with cornbread, sour cream and fresh avocado. This is seriously the best chili!!!

this is the fourth time I’ve made it and it’s always been great. this time I left off the turkey and added a can of navy beans. I also used hominy instead of corn.

The title delivers. I used chickpeas instead of kidney beans, put diced jalapenos in the chili, and upped the cayenne powder to a full teaspoon to make it spicier.

Love this! However, I would cut back on the chili powder and do half the amount if you dont like it too spicy.

So yummy! Added some extra ingredients, like carrots and jalapeños. Also used Brooks chili hot beans rather than regular red kidney beans because I love the extra spice! Will definitely be making again.

I love this recipe. It has become a family favorite in our house. I have no problem getting my kids to eat this super healthy dinner.

Turned out so well! I added a bit of hot sauce for more heat but this fed a family of five no problem.

Easy to follow and turns out as expected! I’ll find out later during the SuperBowl if it get polished off.

Followed the recipe but with reduced chilli as per the authors notes. Personally I found it very bland. I added additional stock cubes and cumin to boost the flavour.

Made this twice so far; really good both times! The second time, I mixed habanero peppers and sour cream inside the chili. 👌🏿
