    Great. Used lime juice since that is what I had. Added fresh ground pepper & about 1 -1/2 tsp cumin. 7/4/19: used lemon & lime. 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 lg vadalia onion, 1 lg jalapeño (only a few seeds) 5 med/lg tomatoes
