It's good I have made 6 tonight for a church breakfast. I have made one gluten and dairy free by using potato, soy milk and gluten free sausages. Came out the same as the rest. I will put the cheese on as I reheat them.

I love this recipe! I cannot eat breakfast casseroles with egg and this recipe works perfect without the eggs! I use hash browns O’Brian as a shortcut. It’s a yummy, easy recipe that goes over great with family and coworkers!!
