Deliscious! I used too much sea salt but I will definitely make it again.

Didn’t change a thing and it was delicious!

Turned out excellent! Only change I made was that I added some crushed red pepper because we like spice in my house and I added a few pats of Earth Balance Organic Whipped Buttery Spread. Other than that I would consider this a main dish because its so delicious and filling and makes a ton.

This was a huge hit of a dish that I brought to a holiday party... that disappeared fast! Super easy and paired great with the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers!

Very good! I would definitely make again. Tasty and was a big hit.

I loved this dish because I love squash and zucchini, but truth is there are some things about it that aren’t savoury. For example, the squash and zucchini will be dry and crispy on top and soggy on the bottom. That creates strange texture patterns.

The vegetables were very good. It was a 8 of 10. I needed to add more seasonings.

It was delicious. I did not peel the zucchini ( extra fiber). I ate this as a side dish with pasta

Good, if you dont cook on the right temperature they come out soggy. The best methid that work for me was place the on cookie sheet but use a skewer method and separate them so they cook evenly. What a terrific side dish.

Very tasty, used the additional time per her recommendations. A welcome taste of summer, enjoyed by the family.
