    So delicious!!! Added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and sprinkled crushed red! It came out very well seasoned. I also had fresh rosemary so I added some halfway through.

    I really enjoyed this one as did my husband, who is a newfound roasted vegetable lover. I will admit to taking a short cut as I made this on a weeknight and buying some pre-cut veggies to cut down on prep time. It was such a great side! I ate more veggies than the main course.

    Recipe was good. Substituted sweet potato with butternut. The dish is very healthy,rich in carbohydrates but not so tasty. Didn’t like the blend of the three herbs. Maybe I shouldn’t have used thyme.

    Did not have sweet potatoes and used full baby carrot instead. Cutting everything and coating it took a bit of work but came out great. Will be using this recipe often.

    This has become one of our favorite meals. I serve the roasted vegetables over rice. Delicious. I use different combinations of vegetables and it's always good. Makes our house smell wonderful while its cooking too.
