We liked it, but of course we are garlic fans.. Had to season it pretty good so it wouldn't be bland though. Thyme & a little Smoked Paprika was added as well. I think Italian Herbs would work well too.

Delicious. With about 15 minutes to go, I took the cauliflower out and added 1/4 shredded Parmesan and then baked 15 more minutes. Amazing!
