Four stars for the cauliflower component.
I heavily modified this bowl: quinoa instead of rice; added kale, avocado; left out the tomato, onion and the sauce.
The result was fantastic! I’ll definitely keep playing around with this cauliflower when making tacos and the like.

It was ok thought not really good. Just basic combination of the food. Unlikely will do it again

Amazing! Will be a go to dinner dish. Definitely needs more protein to be filling however.

i added some iceberg lettuce and it made it 10x better. overall it's a very good recipe,really easy to make and i would recommend trying it

Was great but required a bit more green. I would add some arugula next time to help spice up the dish.
