Super easy to make and delicious. While the directions can be a bit vague, they also give you plenty of freedom to customize the dish to your tastes. Those looking to eat this as a main course may wish to consider adding protein so it keeps you full longer.

Very good, however i added a little too muc salt—-turned oven down to 400 for last 10 min.(something was smoking)

Really tasty! I added about 1tsp lemon zest to brighten it up. Will make it again.
