We love this soup! It has become a staple in our diet. Especially when vegetarian daughter comes home from college. It’s a soup all us “meat eaters” really enjoy. In addition, we find It’s hearty enough to be a stand alone entree.

Love this. Used it as a guide. The roasted cauli added extra spesh flavour. Added some potatoes to thicken and used rosemary instead of thyme and a little Gorgonzola instead of all the cheddar bc I had run out. Delish
As an extra serving, I plopped some homemade marmalade in it to help with the Gorgonzola. Perfect. Cheers!

BEST! SOUP! IN! THE! UNIVERSE! my roommate and I cannot get enough of this soup. “this soup is bangin” - my roommate. here’s the deal, i’m not a big cauliflower fan, and i’m sure some can relate…but when i say this soup changed my life, it literally CHANGED MY LIFE. when i first tried it, it was like winning the lottery. this soup is so creamy and delicious, and now it’s a staple in my apartment. we make this stuff like once a week. if you’re lucky enough to come across this recipe, plz save it, and then thank me later. MUST TRY!!!

This came out delicious and we added some chopped carrots with the onions and chive garnish instead of parsley

Simple to make, good flavor, great way to use the cauliflower I bought at the farmers market.

So easy. I used Essence of Emeril seasoning on the cauliflower and then used a Roasted Garlic Better than Bouillion stock base. Totally amazing.
