Simple and delicious. I used frozen cauliflower so I kicked the oven to 450 and baked for 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Only ingredient changes were that I used normal butter, and pressed garlic (easier to mix it evenly in the melted butter that way). I also applied the pepper liberally because I like the taste.
