    Have a few different recipes for rubs. Like this because it doesn't make a lot. I prefer to make it more often than have it sit. Also, used 3 heavy Tbsp brown sugar & 1 Tsp of a salt substitute. Added 1 Tbsp cinnamon, 2 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp nutmeg Next time reduce cayenne to 1/4 tsp. 3/17:2021: omitted cayenne and used smoked paprika. Also reduced salt to 1 Tbsp.
