    Surprisingly easy to make considering how nice it looks. This dish was great, could do with a little more seasoning. My vegetables on the top layer weren't quite as cooked as I would have liked, next time I would leave it in longer. This was my first time making ratatouille but it certainly lived up to my expectations.
