  • 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced, 2-3 large cloves)

    Taste is great, but add about 1/2 to 1 cup of more of broth or water to finish cooking the rice.

    it was delicious, however I needed to add more broth at the end and cook for 10 more minutes on low to finish cooking the rice. I followed the instructions to the T and even set timers because this was my first time making a risotto. It was a very easy recipe to follow and will definitely make again, with extra broth in the beginning

    Do not add cream. Add just a little Parmesan cheese. Used cauliflower rice. It was yummy.

    The recipe was spot on. The recipe is great and easy to follow. It was very tasty! The lemon zest and juice are the superstars of the dish. I added chicken to mine. At first I though the stock would have been too much so I made it sit longer on the high heat before adjusting to medium. I then had to turn it down to low quite early to make up for my error lol. I would definitely make it again.
