    Modified: I used my own tomato sauce instead of what the recipe has on it. I also seasoned the vegetables with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder. Because I chose to do thicker slices and bigger eggplant the cook time was 25 minutes longer.

    Turned out really good! I didn't use eggplant and added sugar to the tomato sauce, it was amazing!
