A keeper! I did what others said and put the potatoes in the oven about 10 mins before I added the chops. But I used sweet potatoes instead and cut them into large chunks. Given the ceramic cooking dish I used and the fact they're sweet potatoes, I shoulda added even more time before putting the chops in with them. I only used 3 thick chops (from Costco), and I felt that there was enough seasoning flavor to cover everything. I also first added the potatoes to a large ziplock with a bit of olive oil and some of the seasoning and shook it. Keep air in the bag to easily let everything shake around. Then I put the potatoes in the cassorole dish. Then I resused the same baggie and did the same with the chops and rest of the seasoning. Good meal on a work night!

To be perfectly blunt, this tasted like nothing. I thought with the ranch seasoning and other seasonings it would have had mild, but decent, flavor, but it just tasted so bland I couldn’t even stand it.

Took the pork chops about 10 to 15 minutes longer to cook to make sure they were at 165°. I added sliced reindeer sausage and slap your mama seasoning. I mixed up the dry ingredients with the olive oil and tossed them with everything the vegetables and meats. It tastes pretty good to me.

The potatoes were nice and savory. The pork chops also had a lovely taste and a nice crisp on the outside

A little spicy for my little girl. The rest of the family enjoyed it. Substituted the potatoes fot frozen potato/asparagus mix from Lidl

Really liked this recipe! Quick and easy, even with a LO running around! I only used a .4 oz packet of the ranch seasoning (mainly because I messed up shopping) but with only 3 pork chops and 1.5 lbs of the potatoes it worked out really well. I should have cooked the potatoes for about 10 mins prior to the meat but all in all worked out very well and pork chops were nice and juicy. Will definitely be keeping this one in the books!

what a great recipe, so easy to make. it turned out I only had a small packet of Ranch dressing on hand so I substituted using it along with some bottled Ranch dressing, it's a winner!

This recipe is delicious! It was easy to prepare, and didn’t take long to cook. I used fingerling potatoes, and they turned out delicious. I was skeptical about cooking potatoes and pork chops at the same time. I thought the pork might turn out dry, but everything cooked nicely together, and the pork was tender. I will definitely be making this again.

Sooooo good and so simple. I substituted yukon golden potatoes that I just diced and it was very yummy. I also paired it with the parmesan garlic noodles and baked asparagus with parmesan and balsamic vinegar. It was definitely a hit with the fam.

It was easy and I liked it, however the hubby didn’t care for the seasonings. I might make it again and use different seasoning since it was so easy.

I needed a quick, easy dinner and this fit the bill but wasn't too happy with the final product. I had 1"+ thick chops so followed the recipe and cooked for 30 minutes - way overcooked, so tough & dry. (Suggested internal temp was 145 - mine were like, 175). I like to brine - allows you to overcook but just didn't have time this time. Flavor is kid-friendly, so will try again.

Super easy recipe. My chops were about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick so I should've reduced the cooking time to about 20 mins in the future as it came out a bit dry. The pan juices were delicious and we sopped them up with the pork chops. I didn't have any baby potatoes, but used a sweet potato I had on hand and cut it into small slices about the same thickness of the pork chops. I couldn't find any ranch dressing mix at the grocery store, so I substituted with Italian salad dressing mix which turned out great too. Served it up with some toasted garlic bread to round out the meal. This is going into the keepers list.

Hmmmmm. Actually, we couldn't taste any of the seasonings except a bit of the oregano. Ranch taste was no where to be detected. One pan dinner was all this was with no flavor.

absolutely delicious, my 2 and 3 yr old picky eaters ate all theirs, mine and some of my husbands lol. mixed some frozen broccoli with the potatoes and served with french bread

Good!
Followed recipe.
Made roasted broccoli with it as well - on a separate pan.
Liked the spices, only complaint is that the pork chops did turn out a bit dry - family usually likes pork chops with some kind of gravy or sauce because it's usually dry... :/
but other than that it was good.

The pork and potatoes have a great taste but there is no way the potatoes cook that fast they needed another 20 minutes in the oven

Very tasty i will definitely make again. probably only needs to cook for 25 or 30 minutes thought.
