I made this for the family tonight. We have 3 boys so I multiplied the recipe by 4 whiched seemed to be enough but could have made more to have some leftovers. The recipe was super easy to follow and was quick as well. The sweet chilli adds a nice heat to it as well. 10/10 recommend

Great quick meal, a fried egg on top is a must. The listed calorie count is way off even if you did 4 portions, a bag of ramen noodles is 400 calories by itself.

We loved the recipe, but for our family of four we have to double it and we add A LOT more veggies: carrots, mushrooms, sugar snap peas and broccoli. I make all the souce but add only about 3/4 of it and let everyone just spoon over more souce based on their preference.

This is one of my most frequently made recipes. The first time I made it, I stuck to the recipe as is. Now when I make it, I add everything but the kitchen sink: carrots, sugar snap peas, bell pepper, mushrooms , broccoli , cauliflower , grilled chicken or pork. It is so good, always a hit. I do recommend cooking in a wok if you add a lot of veggies.

Very satisfying and tasty! Added shiitake mushrooms, a fried egg on top and some roasted cashews. Partner and I both went back for seconds. Will be making regularly.

Pretty good! I added chicken to it, and that was pretty good too. A sweeter sauce would be better to cut up some of the salt in the dish, but over all it was good!

Super yummy! I didn’t have any sweet Thai chili sauce (our store was out), but I added Gochuchang with some honey and brown sugar. This was so easy to make!

Delicious but A little light on the veggies I’d make it again but add more bok choy.

I used 2 packs of Ramen noodles but doubled the sauce except for I only used 3 TBSP total of Chili Sauce and 0 of the Sriracha

Quick and delicious! What's nice is you can add or omit the type of veggies you put in. I will definitely be adding this to my routine. BTW, this is the first review I have ever felt compelled to submit here.

Good and simple. Took an hour start to finish. I used brócoli and zucchini instead of bok choy.

This has become one of my favorite recipes ever. It's easy, quick, and if you do any other Asian cooking you should already have the ingredients. The first time I made it, it was good but towards the end of the bowl the sweetness got a little overwhelming. Now I just use 1tbsp of sweet chili sauce and add a tiny bit of veggie broth/water in place of it. I like to use broccoli and bok choy together to get extra greens in. It's so good I could probably eat it every day

Really good! Definitely cut the bok choy in bite size. I forgot to cut in half after doing length wise and it was very long and stringy after cooking. Super simple and yummy!

My family loved this recipe! I added mushrooms and beef tips to it to make it a bit more filling
