- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 425°F with a rack set on lowest rung.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup milk with the cornstarch; set aside.
- Combine remaining 2 cups milk with the Nutella in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture is smooth, 2-3 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture and cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened and reaches 175°F on an instant-read thermometer, about 5 minutes more.
