  • 16 ounces extra firm tofu (extra firm is important)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning (desired, such as curry powder, chili powder, tamari, tandoori spice, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut (avocado or grape seed oil, if avoiding oil, skip this, but tofu may stick to a bare pan)

    Easy to make. I used chipotle seasoning and a little bit of salt and just prior to putting in the oven, I added cooked green peppers and onions. Served over rice. Another tofu recipe that is a keeper and will make again.

    It turned out good to my own surprise. It was easy and fast. Ive added some sautéed onion tomato green pepper red pepper and a scrambled egg to the side.

    Came out great. Used a bouillon type seasoning, tasted like chicken.

    The outside is a little crispy, not super crispy but it's delicious. I added curry, cumin, paprika, tumeric and cayenne pepper plus a small drizzle of honey, the flavor is understated so don't be shy with the seasonings.
