Description
This fresh and easy stir-fry is perfect for the ginger lovers out there. To keep the ginger prep simple, skip the peeler and peel the ginger with a small spoon. You can grate the ginger on the small holes of a box grater or with a Microplane if you don't want to mince it with a knife. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Julia Lee.

This is a favorite meal for me as I love stir fry of any kind. However, this was the most confusing recipe to follow. Most people just list an ingredient as "divided" & put the amounts for each in the directions. So much simpler than trying to figure out ingredients written repeatedly. For ex., you would just put 1.5 TBL of cornstarch, divided. When you get to the directions then you say 1 TBL when it's required, and 1/2 TBL when required. So much simpler than writing out a recipe with the same ingredients repeated. Your way it takes 2 recipe cards just to write out the ingredients, then a third to write out the directions which won't fit on the back of one card. I appreciate the recipe, but this could be cut down a whole lot more, even in the directions.

Turned out well, my whole family liked it. Used some precooked leftover chicken from another meal and oyster sauce instead of fish sauce, otherwise followed recipe pretty closely. Might add some cabbage next time to up the vegetable content.
