    Easy to make, flavorful and delicious. I didn’t use any shallots because I didn’t have any, and still the soup turned out great. Definitely I’ll make it again

    It was smooth and tasty. I added a little Creme Fraiche on top. Next I will try adding some cooked Italian sausage. 😊
