    After reading a review about a dense bread, I decided to be preemptive and add some fluffiness. No buttermilk on hand so i added 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar to the milk and let it sour for about 5 mins. Then added 2 tsp baking soda to react with the vinegar and balance the acidity. Result was gorgeous and springy!

    It was realllly nice I made the half of the recipe and it worked out well For me it could be a little more sweet
