These were good however they were not as crispy as I wanted them to be. I love the amount of seasoning used though. I would make these again maybe just with a longer cooking time.

I've made a few batches for various occasions over the Autumn months and every time it's been a huge hit for everyone. The cookies come out moist (probably because of the pumpkin filling) but holds it's shape pretty well. As good as it is, it's also rather time consuming -- this isn't the quick fix you're looking for when you wake up and realize you had a party you'd completely forgotten about. Perfecting the pinwheel swirl took me a bit, but I've concluded that it's just about practice and patience, and boy, is it worth it!
