Big hit with the family. did add more milk than it called, just to thin the batter a little more.

Good starter recipe but needed extra spices (pumpkin pie) and pumpkin purée otherwise it would have been bland. (Tasted as I went) The baking powder/soda flavor was a bit overpowering so a spoonful of sugar did it the trick. Not sweet at all. Added toasted walnuts for the added crunch. Delicious with the mods. Literal taste of autumn! A keeper!

I’ve made these a couple times now and they are a big hit in our house. Even my picky-eater nephews liked them. 👍

Meh. You can taste the pumpkin, but it's flavorless otherwise. I had to triple the spices and double the sugar.

These were so good! First time making pumpkin pancakes. Didn’t have any of the fancy ingredients other recipes called for & landed on this one. Was out of allspice so just substituted pumpkin pie spice. My daughter added semi sweet chocolate chips to hers which was really good. Definitely a keeper!

My husband really enjoyed these. I used cooked pumpkin and fresh ginger. A little heavy but makes it filling. A keeper.

used cooked pumpkin instead of canned pumpkin. The fibers pulp allowed the pancakes to retain moisture. Thus moist fluffy pancakes.👌

I didn’t have ginger or allspice so I just replaced the amounts with pumpkin pie spice and they were delicious and fluffy.

Kinda blah... next time will add more cinnamon and maybe some vanilla extract

Following the directions, the batter turned out lumpy... had to add some milk to have a smooth batter. Otherwise taste and turn out of the pancakes were delicious. My family enjoyed it, and will make these again!

My pan was too hot and some of the pancakes over cooked, otherwise they were good
