    I’ve been cooking & baking for over 40+yrs & I had never made pulled pork(family hasn’t been big on pork) but my youngest son (22) had pulled pork at a bar b que joint near his work & he asked me why I don’t make it! So I chose this recipe, it had all the ingredients that my family would eat & wow!!! They absolutely loved it! They’ve already taken it in their lunches & I plan on making it several more times this year!! Thank you for sharing such an easy, wonderful tasting recipe***

    Was tasty but I agree with the last reviewer about the cumin. I read the reviews first and only put in 1 tablespoon of cumin and it was just enough. Also took another reviewers comment and added onions to the bottom of the pan. Yummy! Thanks to the previous reviewers!

    Juicy, very tasty, cumin was a bit overpowering. Will try the recipe again, with less cumin though

    Loved this recipe! The only thing I added was an onion cut in thick chunks which I placed at the bottom of crockpot then put roast on top. Delicious!

    When making the spice rub, I cut the cayenne pepper in half to ensure not too spicy. It was so good my boyfriend wanted to enjoy it without BBQ sauce. It was a hit!
