This bread turned out fantastic. I added some artisanal salt on top to give it that pretzel mouth feel and taste. It is something I’ll repeat for sure

I followed the instructions and I made bread! I was so nervous as I am not a baker and bread seemed so hard. This was so good I could have eaten one whole loaf but stopped myself at one piece. I am going to make this when I fondue and I can dip the pretzel bread in the cheese.

great recipe! didn’t have dark brown sugar so I used light and it worked fine. the loaves are rather small— will have to double it next time, since these won’t last long!

My pretzel bread didn’t rise as much as I would have liked. However, I cut into the loaf too soon so it wasn’t a fair test; I believe the second loaf will settle and rise more. The taste though, is absolutely magnificent! It has a nice white bread flavor, with a sweet undertone that’s is only subtly noticeable. The mouth feel and texture of the bread is light and silky smooth; it melts in your mouth! I spread Philly over mine while it was still warm and it was phenomenal! For those with more skill who can properly mix the ingredients will take this to the next level. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who like pretzels, bread, or salty snacks!!!

This bread was simple to make and tasted absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend if you’re a fan of pretzel bread.

Mine turned out great! Crispy and delicious! The cooking time varies but that is probably because of my oven. Loved it!

These little loaves were delicious. They were easy to make and had a wonderful crumb and flavour. You could easily eat a whole loaf in one setting! Highly recommended.

This recipe was really easy and a big hit in my home! Just make sure your spoon is wide enough otherwise it will cut into the dough when you are booking it before the bake.
