    Soooo good and so simple! I added spinach, broccoli, and some vegan mozzarella shreds! Easy and addicting!

    It super good but i like my soup to be creamy so I replaced the vegetable stock with cream and milk (also added a carrot)

    Great vegan and gluten free recipe! I altered to our family’s taste though. I doubled the garlic, used a shallot instead, added chili flakes and ground dried rosemary. Thank you for sharing!
