Very tasty and easy! I used vegan mayo since regular mayo makes me sick and I prefer the taste anyways.

We added 1 tsp. white vinegar and used sweet pickle relish instead of dill pickle relish and it was the best potato salad that we've ever had.

good taste and simple to make. Failure probably on my part was cutting the veggies to small. Like most recipes you need to make them a couple times to prefect.

Turned out great! Instead of adding relish, I’ve added corn and carrots. And instead of red onion I’ve added shallots. And more mayo for moisture. Taste great!

Use bread and butter pickles instead of relish. Use some of the juice from the pickles. It makes the salad a bit more moist.

Turned out pretty good. I added more mayo and mustard, as what was called didn’t provide much moisture. We like our moist potato salads. I also added sweet relish along side the dill relish.

Came out well, I added one extra boiled egg to the recipe. Didn’t have fresh parsley so I used dried.

Recipe is easy and quick . The potato salad was a great side dish for a picnic dinner with grilled chicken breast and greens . I SprinkledPaprika for color over the top of potato salad .

Better recipe than the one I've been making for 30 years -Made 3 small changes though - left out the relish, used Dijon mustard, and reduced the mayo. Yum

This potato salad was super easy and very good. I'm not even a potato salad person, but I loved it! Hubby too! Next time, I will add in some bacon too!

I made this for a farewell cookout of one of my good friends who asked for potato salad, once he saw the ingredients, for some reason he thought it wouldn't turn out that well. When I made it, not only did he love it, he couldn't stop eating it and everyone else that attended loved it as well.

Just like Mom used to make. This is a great starter potato salad. You can adjust it by adding bacon, etc to your needs. We make this regularly.
