    It was okay. Did not stay crispy when kept warming in oven while other pieces were cooking. I used chicken tenders.

    I made this recipe, but excluded the pepper sauce & cayenne pepper. I just wanted crispy fried chicken. It turned out OK, but needed more salt in the coating mixture & the cooking time was a little off, as the chicken took about 20 minutes to cook. This was definitely some crispy chicken & I’ll definitely try it again!

    So good...is even better the next day. Great presentation too. I use thighs w bone in & skin. They get done on the outside first, so I finish them up in a 350 degree oven for 10 min & check the internal temp before serving. They get over crisp easy, but delicious either way. I make this often.
