    A package of yeast equals 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast.

    The dough is phenomenal. I used whole milk instead of the water+dry milk and it turned out great. Used 2 tbsp of oil in each pan and it worked perfectly. Did not make the sauce, just used our own. Will definitely make again.

    It says one package dry yeast. How much is that/what amount is a package?

    Of all the dough recipes I’ve tried so far everyone said this was the best yet. Decided to use 2% milk instead of dry, and a little extra basil in lieu of not having marjoram, but even the sauce was spot on.

    better than pizza hut!!!! i suggest convection bake on low rack. will definitely make it again!!!!!!
