Absolutely delicious and moist. I freeze them in paper liner cups because they will get dry if not eaten within a day or two. I just defrost them (and the frosting) on the counter for an hour or two and bake normally. I only made half the frosting and it’s still plenty.

YES!!! Everyone thought they were the most moist cupcakes they ever tasted. I recommend! I found nothing wrong with the recipe, the cupcakes were moist and delicious, and the frosting came out wonderful as well.
