Nice recipe. I added about 1/2tsp nutmeg to the recipe. Will make it again.

So perfect. This is a regular for us in the fall and winter months. I use my food processor with the large slicer for the potatoes, which still cuts very thin, and helps with cooking evenly.
I have also experimented with different cheeses, which tastes delicious every time.
I have even not had whole milk on hand and used 2%, and just increased the cream a couple tbs as well as added 1 more tbs of flour to help with thickness, worked out great then too.

Really loved it. Was delicious although I changed a step. I took the onion & garlic chopped really fine then with a little butter & sauted them before adding to the cheese sause. I have a child that doesn't like them to large and we like to cook them as well cause they don't like raw or onions that aren't cooked in things.

This was great, although all it really was is your classic cheese sauce with onions & garlic added to it & put on potatoes. I did really like that it was a smaller recipe. Great for my smaller family & allowed for room in the oven to cook something else with it.

Made this for our Christmas dinner and it was everything I hoped for- soft, creamy potatoes. The insturctions were very easy to follow. It was my first time making it and it turned out great. A bonus is that the receipe allowed you to adjust the serving size.

It was excellent and I didn’t deviate from the recipe. Received lots of compliments.

The Au Gratin Potatoes turned out to be very good, although I did add extra cheese.

I have made this as a side dish for pot roast or chicken many times. It always turns out so delicious!

These were delicious! I added 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and dried thyme. Will definitely make these again!

Yum! This was my first time making au gratin potatoes. I thought it was pretty easy to make and made them the day before I baked them and put them in the refrigerator. Will make them again.

I didnt use flour, on the count that I'm cutting back. (I know lol) It turned out delicious. Very creamy, I would definitely make it again.

Amazing! Super creamy!
I added a little extra garlic and cheese just for that nice, gooey pull effect when you’re deriving it. Will definitely make it again!

I cut back the salt because we don't like salty food and parmesan is really salty. It was a good call. I had to skim some grease off of the top which was surprising. I also added paprika and smoked paprika. It was delicious. I will make them again soon.
