    It turned out amazing!! Just needed to add a little salt at the end but that’s no problem. It was still nice and tender.

    Wonderful! Had never thought of using onion soup mix in roast! Welcome change! I also always add a little Worcestershire sauce so that was my variation.

    Very Good. I didn’t have onion soup so I substituted beef bullion, and 2 large onions for extra flavor.
