Perfectly baked salmon! This saved me time! I would spend countless checks on my salmon before this recipe! I did add a few other spices like cumin, chili powder, and brown sugar, and maple syrup to jazz it up on flavor. This recipe saved is saved for future reference!

This had no flavor. I didn’t mind the slow bake, seemed mostly moist but really lacked flavor.

Very yummy! My new go-to for baking salmon. I'll try different seasonings along the way, but this is a great start.

Perfect is right. Tender and juicy. I added a pepper blend (Penzeys California seasoned pepper), lime juice (didn’t have lemon on hand), butter, and olive oil. Any seasoning you like for fish will work, salmon is so versatile. Oh yeah I also added yuzu hot sauce (Trader Joe’s) at the end. Yummm

I never cooked salmon before and decided to try a basic before getting into flavors. OMG! This salmon came out perfect! I had fresh salmon that I froze so I cooked it from frozen and it was perfect. So perfect that for the past week I have been craving it! I would have taken a picture but after I did a small taste I couldn’t wait and had to eat right away. Thanks for a great receipt!
