It was so good! Light and fluffy! I used a Swiss meringue buttercream instead of the cream cheese one. But the cupcake was very good. Will def make again

They were great. Very moist. my hubby and toddlers loved them. Definitely a keeper.

I only made the cake not the frosting but they turned out soooo delicious fluffy and moist and even good without the frosting I just tweaked the recipe a little by adding more milk and a little bit more vanilla extract. The batter was too thick so just thin it out a little with milk.

I don’t know how reviews say they are light, they came out a little dense for me. Maybe I’ll mix them for longer next time...the frosting is super delicious though! And the taste is very good.

I made these for my daughter’s tenth birthday party. She and her friends loved them, as did my husband, who rarely comments on much. The cupcakes were delicious, and the frosting was so light and creamy! This is the second time that I’ve made this and will make it again.

They came out light, fluffy, moist and very tasty! Will definitely do this recipe again! Husband ate half a dozen right out of the oven.
