The steak was cooked perfectly. The next time I will add some fresh garlic and herbs to add some more flavor.

I definitely had my fingers crossed because me and steak in the oven are 50/50. But this was the speed I was looking for cause this steak landed at our house and I HAD to cook it, today. I'm never interested in having to scotch anything on my stovetop or in my oven past a few minutes so THANK you for that!! This was exactly what I was hoping for ❤️

The flavor was amazing and both my kids loved it, so definitely a plus and making it again.

Directions were spot on. I baked for 7 minutes for medium rare. Pulled out at 130°. Very good! Great way to prepare when pouring rain out and you don't want to grill.

Love the taste. Great flavor. I made 3 streaks with the same amount of seasoning. I cooked this in my toaster oven and it turned out great! This is a keeper.

Easy to make.
Simple ingredients.
Time saver.
Tasty. [According to my husband, it was “Better than I would have thought being there was no grilling involved”, which is a very big compliment, as he’s a firm believer that “all meats should be smoked or grilled.”]
Adjusments made:
- I used volcanic salts and dried minced garlic along with pepper for the rub.
- I melted butter and combined with the oil prior to searing.

Skipped the sheet for a cast iron, swapped the garlic powder for some fresh minced garlic, then tossed some onions into the pan before putting the steak in. Came out pretty good! Next time would sear the steak a little longer cutting back on time in the oven or just make sure I get my pan a lot hotter.
