Boyfriend asked if I could make Mushroom Risotto for dinner? Not having done a risotto But warches enough cooking shows and this recipe was perfect for a novice Risott came out Perfectly tender and creamery..Only did a half portion cause it was just the two of us. I would definitely add more mushrooms and garlic..Word of advice Don't be afraid of the risotto

Great directions, I didn’t follow the ingredients but what came out thanks to the detailed information was the best risotto I’ve ever had. Wine quality def matter but even with a cheap wine it was a hit. Thanks🙏🏽 (made a veggie stir fry to accompany the rice).

This was honestly better than most risotto I have eaten in restaurants...and I eat a lot of risotto!

This was delicious! I used a medium sweet onion instead of shallots, and I added 3 cloves of garlic. Very hearty for a meatless meal. My family really enjoyed it, and I enjoyed the leftovers at work! Will make again.
