I used Sun Butter instead of Peanut Butter because my kids can't have that. Tasted batter and it was not really sweet so I added a bit more honey and a bit of maple syrup (just because honey flavor can be overpowering). They came out quite dry and only very moderately sweet - I will try adding more egg next time, and a little more honey/maple syrup (like I'd do 4 TBS honey and 3 TBS maple syrup). Note: it's too much batter for 2 cookie sheets, you'll need 3.
