    Ewww far too chewy and dense and greasy for me. Would probably be better with normal flour. My family liked it though.

    Really tasty as is, also a good base for adding your own personal flavour additions. I also tried making a batch in a regular muffin pan instead of mini muffins, and with a 30 minutes cooking time instead of the 20 minute time they turned out great!

    Mine turned out great! Puffed up big and very moist. Might add a little chili pepper next time.
