Very tasty and fairly easy. I only have a stock pot and a saucepan, so I have to swap pots/pans in the middle so I can add the potatoes to the onion/garlic/butter, but it works out. Only suggestion is, if you like chunks of potato, don’t cube them too small. Or, maybe use small white potatoes instead of russets.

Excellent! Excellent! Added a bit of milk and mashed a few of the potatoes to thicken it a bit more. Will certainly make it again!

Tasted great, however, I will reduce the potatoes to 1 1/2 lbs next time.

Amazing!!!! I added cream of chicken soup to thicken it up a bit and garlic. Seriously best soup ever!!!!

It was very good. This is the 2nd time I have made it. I served it to my cousins the first time, and today one of them asked me to send her the recipe. She is also cooking this for supper tonight.

I made my own broth with chicken base. Other then that I followed the recipe and it turned out great!!!
