This was so tasty, quick, and easy to make! Probably the first time I ever truly enjoyed eating black eyed peas. The parsley garnish gave it a nice, fresh spin!

I love Black Eyed Peas but it’s often difficult to find really good recipes that feature them as a side… This one is perfection. These little buggers were amazingly delicious! Infusing the oil gives it a great flavor. Do yourself a favor and get a good, quality smoked paprika; will make all the difference. I know it’s a vegan dish but i served it with a roasted chicken. Will definitely be adding this to my favorite recipes!

Had for New Year’s Eve! Black eyed peas are supposed to bring good luck in the new year! My husband and I really enjoyed this dish.
