Turned out amazing! I am new to cooking, but this was so easy and fun to make! The salmon was so soft, and the sauce was spectacular. I added some mushrooms also :) Everyone loved it.

Really simple to make. Even with all the garlic and onions we felt it was a little bland. We'll make it again but might experiment with a few more herbs and spices. Overall we enjoyed it.

This is a wonderful dish. My kids even eat salmon without complaint. I used chicken stock since I did not have wine and used half and half instead of heavy cream amd it was great.

I used asparagus instead of spinach. All else, I followed. My husband liked it.

SOOOO yummy. I didn’t have white wine or a fresh lemon so I omitted the wine and subbed lemon juice and it was amazing! Will absolutely make again!
