Really good! I used boneless thighs and it eorked perfectly with just a small change in cooking time! My husband, who typically only likes chicken fried or in pot pie ate two thighs!

Absolutely delicious. I didn’t have the herbs de Provence so I replaced that with Italian seasoning mix.

I used to make it a similar way? But, Herbs de Provence and not using garlic salt really made a difference! It’s easy and crispy and you can’t stop eating it!! Delicious!

This was the best chicken thighs I cook in a pan. It is turned out perfect and juicy but next time should turn heat down just a tad bit. Seasoning and everything else was great!

Greatest fried chicken I've tasted! Also, very easy to make, although I cheated a bit and boiled it first, since I feared it would turn out raw, then proceed with the recipe. 😅

Chicken thighs cane out perfect! Crispy skin and juicy chicken. Very good flavor. Keep the heat low and be patient

It was delicious! Easy peasy too. I used boneless and skinless thighs and they worked perfectly. I will definitely make it again, maybe using less salt. My hubby loved it too. I made it with brown rice and a salad on the side. YUM!

Read the recipe this morning, fried it this evening. Used a whole chicken instead of just thighs. My husband and I loved it. Served it with baked potatoes (white and sweet) and a fresh garden salad with homemade dressing. YUM. YUM YUM
