    It turned out pretty well. I ran out of our normal gf flour so I had to substitute.

    Easy and very tasty. I substituted cold butter for the coconut oil. It was delicious! Used this crust for my quiche.

    Not thin and flaky like a traditional pie crust but a good substitute for those with wheat and gluten allergies.
